As a Secondary 1 student, I was inspired by the amazing amount of energy and effort that my school seniors put into organising the orientation programme. To challenge myself, I signed up as an Orientation Group Leader in end 2021, in preparation for the programme in January 2022.

As an Orientation Group Leader, I was a 'Chief Editor' where I collaborated with other OGLs to plan the activities for the next orientation programme. We, the Chief Editors, designed and created the "1800-Fantasy Guide" following the orientation theme of Fantasy and Tales, as a reference guide for the OGLs' class activities.

In the same year, I continued on as a Peer Support Leader/Mentor. This was the continuation to the orientation programme, where I conducted activities and check-in sessions for the juniors once every school term. This aimed to provide a welcoming environment for the Sec 1s to adjust comfortably to the new school environment.
