Infocomm Club (ICC) was my first choice CCA back in Secondary 1. I was lucky to be selected to join this CCA, even though I did not have any prior experience or knowledge about IT. In my 4 years, I had many opportunities to build my knowledge and skills in IT, as well as growing in my leadership, team building and communication skills, and gained new experiences to build my interest in this industry.

As an ICC member, I took charge of managing the school's AVPA systems for morning assemblies as well as school events like Chinese New Year, National Day and Teachers' Day. As a senior, I am also in charge of training and grooming junior ICC members to equip them to take charge of future events.

 

In Secondary 3, I was promoted to the role of an Executive Committee (EXCO) member. As part of the EXCO team, alongside the Chair and Vice-Chairpersons, and my Teachers-in-Charge, I was included in leading and making decisions for the club.
